I bought Omega from Doctor's Best, 1000 mg per capsule. This natural fish oil product (from anchovies) comes in a soft gelatin capsule. The jar contains 120 capsules, making it economical. Though large, they are easy to swallow. The oily taste is slightly fishy; if you enjoy herring, you will like it. Hair loss has stopped, my mood improved, and I feel stronger. I particularly recommend the good dosage of EPA and DHA.
